Re: script auto backup informix to disk

You just have to have a cron job wake up, set the environment variables so it can access one or the other Informix instance, and then run ontape or onbar as appropriate. If you are using onbar with a 3rd party storage manager like Tivoli you could have the storage manager schedule the backup. Art Art S.
